This review had originally been a scathing complaint about a particular aspect of the purchasing process at this dealership. Dan, the General Manager took the time to call me and discuss the issue and determine the cause and best solution for the problem. Dan then went far above and beyond to make it right, more than I had expected. For anyone thinking about buying a car in Durango or the surrounding area, I can now in good conscience give this dealership a big thumbs up.

I am very happy with my experience with Durango motor company ,Travis is a pleasant person to work with , my new Tacoma is better than perfect , my last Tacoma was the best , but sold it to my son , anyway it's still in the family! DMC is great , I would recommend DMC to anyone, the price was as agreed upon , no surprises at purchase time ,will buy here again Tom w.

I purchased a used Escape a month ago from Durango Motor Company. Chad helped me find a car I liked and never pressured me into buying. He made the entire sale as stress-free as possible and made sure I was happy with my car after I bought it. In fact, everyone there that I talked to was friendly and made me feel welcome. The service department worked on my car before I bought it, and it is in great shape. I am really happy that I went to Durango Motor Company.
